Save your hard to recycle items for our popular Collection Point. During  Covid Restrictions you will need to stockpile these. Watch this space for Drop Off Points when restrictions lift and we can collect and pass on the items below.

Dental Care Products

COLGATE only toothpaste tubes, brushes, floss and mouthwash containers. 
TerraCycle sends these to Colgate .

Used spectacles

We’ll pass these on to the Lions Club for distribution in the Pacific Islands. 

Non prescription glasses are particularly useful.

batteries

Bring us your batteries sorted into Alkaline and Other and drop them in the correct box. We need a donation from you to cover cost of disposal.

household metal

Bring us any or small metal items, old frying pans etc and we’ll pass them on to the Metalman for you.

Please take larger items directly to the Metalman

Save all those cables and small electronics and we’ll pass them on to ewaste.org.nz for recycling

Every 3 or 4 months ewaste.org.nz comes to Papakura.

Here you can drop off e-waste, larger electrical items and household appliances to be reused in a variety of ways. Watch our Calendar and facebook for information on dates. There is a charge for larger items.
